As Plantgarde, our aim is to offer a safe and different solution to deliver our organic cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil to the consumer, which is obtained from olives grown in our garden consisting of 4500 olive trees. Established in 2005, our orchard is located in the Alaşehir district of Manisa, in fertile soil surrounded by volcanic hills on the coast of the Aegean Sea. “Plantgarde” was born with the vision to embrace the philosophy that agriculture is essential to protect the soil, crops and ultimately life itself.
We took into account the synergy between sustainable farming, state-of-the-art milling and committed farmers in the completion of a good production process. We ensured that olives are hand-picked and high quality olive oil is obtained in the shortest time possible, paying attention to the good management of water resources without harming the soil and the life of living creatures in nature.

When we produce our olive oils, we meticulously control the stages from harvesting to pressing, from storage to packaging. We harvest the olives correctly and early. Then we send them to cold pressing without wasting time. In line with this goal, we offer you the highest quality olive oils while maintaining high polyphenol levels.
In 2010, the world-famous Mediterranean diet was inscribed on the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. The Mediterranean diet, with olive oil as its main component, has been shown to help prevent and treat various diseases and is the secret to the longevity of Mediterranean people.
We support farmers and cooperatives in the Aegean Region who make a living from olive cultivation with sustainable agricultural practices. We provide training to farmers to help them obtain healthy and safe products through good agricultural practices and organic production processes. By using the most up-to-date practices of agricultural technology, we help them produce more efficient and high quality products. In this way, we increase farmers’ earnings and encourage the production of more safe food.
We aim to popularize safe food production and act with this awareness, knowing the benefits of organic agriculture for both human health and the environment. From the beginning, we have chosen sustainable agriculture that respects nature.
Olive trees are not only our source of livelihood, but also an important cultural heritage of our country. With this awareness, we produce without harming the living conditions of living creatures in nature and protect our olive trees. We do not forget that the secret of quality olive oil production is knowing the right harvest time. The maturity level of olives determines the flavor and quality of olive oil. Green olives usually produce high quality extra virgin oil with a more intense and grassy flavor.
Throughout the year, we carefully care for and nurture the olive trees on our own and rented land in Manisa. During the harvest period, olives are hand-picked and shipped to the nearest pressing plant as soon as possible. The pressing process is carried out in a facility that produces its own energy entirely with solar panels and uses green energy that does not harm the environment.
During this process, the necessary hygiene standards and food safety procedures are strictly adhered to. Olives are processed in a modern continuous system with a cold pressing method below 27˚C to produce the highest quality olive oil.
We care about using environmentally friendly packaging when presenting our olive oil. We have carefully selected our bottles to provide an inviting yet sustainable product, avoiding custom-made bottles that would increase the carbon footprint. Our dark green bottles protect the olive oil from sunlight, preserving its flavor and nutritional values for longer.
